Pricing Policy

Prices of the products are subject to change without prior notification. All prices are displayed including GST and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus GST at the current rate and plus the delivery charges as set out during the checkout process. Items in your online Shopping Cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the Product’s detail page.

Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Products, once ordered are considered as final and no exchange or refund or cancellation shall be possible. We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing reason.

Returns and Refund Policy

In case of any manufacturing defect in the delivered products, it should be brought to our notice within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Based on further scrutiny, replacement of product shall be considered and no refund shall be provided. In case of non-availability of any product, refund shall be processed and communicated within 48 hours of order placement. Damages due to ignorance, inappropriate usage of the product shall not be covered under this Policy.

Shipping Policy

Orders shall be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Estimated time to deliver the products shall be around 7 to 9 business days (actual duration depends on carrier and local delivery conditions). GreenKravory shall not be responsible for any damage or leakage of products after shipment. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice. The shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However GreenKravory takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
